Guasti Office Building

Once a vast, thriving California vineyard with its own self-sustained community, this 50 acre site in Ontario, California is being transformed into a high end, mixed-use development. The project, developed by Oliver McMillan, will offer retail, restaurant, entertainment and office space, as well as residential units and hotels and will include the integration of 175,000 square feet of existing historical stone winery buildings.

As a joint venture, Douglas Architects + Fisher Heck is providing architecture as well as project management services for a 115,000 square feet Phase One Office Building project. The project will include a 300 foot-long, two-story trellis and louver system as well as other sustainable design concepts.
